If there weren’t so many small little problems with the game I would have given it the title of the second game I have played to get a 100/100, but hey 99/100 is still the 2nd highest score I have ever given and it’s also my 2nd fav game of all time. What a masterpiece, what a journey and what an emotional breakdown I was led to during the ending

Bro after my 5th or so Game Over, I went to Reddit to see if anyone else was struggling with that part and I not-surprisingly found an entire thread of people sharing tactics on how to pass that part because I was honestly stuck
@umaodihirin5879 I just went unga bunga after losing the DPS check a whole bunch of times.
Yesterday I finally scored the Medal of Valor for Leviathan, one of the only two I was missing from a full completion! The DPS check wasn't difficult - I breezed through that quite quickly; it was the 3rd phase which was the real kick in the balls.
@@umaodihirin5879 Eventually the one combo that worked for me was Square x4 then triangle x2, even then I feel like I barely got it lol

@@swolbadguy7811Just my opinion. I haven't played much of FF XIV to know the full track, but that's just how I hear it.
These sound so close to what I'm hearing, I honestly don't care if it's not true, these are now the headcannon lyrics. I can't get enough of this beautiful track. I'm in tears that this "concept track" became a fully fledged song as a finale for the game.

Dont think the first 3 lyrics are "Oh, guide us". Sounds too dissimilar to the next lyrics, which are definitely "oh, guide us" adjacent at least. Opening lyric is hard to crack 4 me

The fact they took the track people clamored for from the early trailers and turned it into Leviathan's theme is just *chef's kiss*. I can't love this game more.
I'm not sure that this wasn't the plan all along. Soken is a genius.

That trailer came out years before the game released, and since they already had Leviathan in mind while developing the base game, it's entirely plausible this was always intended to be Leviathan's theme before they decided to hold Leviathan back to gauge interest in DLC.
@@Bahamut3525 it wasn't, Soken said the song was originally just for the trailer but he heard so many people who wanted to listen to the full version he just put it in the DLC
